Blogs = public diary.
Purpose of creating it = let people know how's your day today.
Therefore, why are people locking up their post? If they've experienced something bad/something personal to rant about and NOT want to let people know, keep it to yourself. What for post it, lock your blog and not allowing anyone to view? LOL. Human mind is really so unpredictable.
