Went to Malaysia with my family yesterday! Had to wake up at 4am to prepare and leave house! Daddy drove all of us to Orchard Concorde Hotel to wait for the bus, to drive us to Malaysia! I tell you, the jam is like HORRENDOUS! It took us an hour plus, to actually clear customs and land our butts in Malaysia!

The horrendous jam! :\
Made our way to the first location: Chocolate Factory!
It was alright only? But they had ALOT of new flavors of chocolates made from exotic fruits, like Mango, Tomato etc. Best of all, DURIANS! Sounds damn eeeew right! Didn't dare to try it! LOL! Neither did I buy any from there! And there's this lady, who was introducing to us the ingredients used to make different kinds of chocolates, and show us roughly, how they make chocolates!
Me and Mum! Love this photo alot!
The lady, who explained to us, how different chocolates are made, and introduced to us the machine they used to produce the chocolates!

The chocolate drink they served us! Don't really like it personally!
Next, we made a one hour and a half bus ride (OMG!) to have our lunch! I won't say it's like a wide spread or something, but at least there's something to keep our stomach filled! And upon reaching the place, it started to rain! Super super siannnnnnn~ The rain stopped right after we had our lunch, and we moved on to our next destination!
Second location: Fruit Farm!
Took another like half an hour to 45 mins bus ride thereeeeeeee. Were introduced to quite a number of fruits, and were told about the different uses of their leaves and fruit! We saw this ultra giangantomous jackfruit! And we saw a super long bunch of bananas! Along the way, we were brought to this "Mini Zoo". There is like a few animals there, and I manage to snap almost all of them! Even took some photos with them! Best part is, we can get to buy some feed, and personally feed them! I think I just love to be around animals! :DDDDDD After which, we set off to the next location, within an hour plus bus ride. :|

Random baby rabbit shot I took!

Goat-feeding!
Third location: Ostrich Farm!
Reached there, and we sat there first, to listen to their explanation for the uses of ostriches. Its like super cruellllll~ Like chicken meat not enough, they aim ostrich meat. :\ They were saying they will first pluck off the feathers, cut off the skin, then the fats, then reach the meat. Feathers used for decorations, skin for accessories like bags, fats I not very sure, and the meat of course, for consumption. And in between, a couple of ostriches laid their eggs! I touched the egg, and its like warm and hugeeeee! HAHA! One ostrich egg = 14 chicken eggs?! Didn't try their ostrich meat nor ostrich egg. But I bought some corn and feed the ostriches! It's super funnnnnnn! When they eat off from your hands, its not pain at all! But they eat VERY fast, partly cause when they peck it up, most of it drops on the ground. LOL! And when I brought the whole container over, it attracted like a group of 5 to 6 ostriches?! HAHA! After which, my sister went to buy an ostrich satay. :S Headed for the bus, and took a close to 2 hours trip to our next location!

Newly hatched egg!

This container, attracted a group of 5 to 6 ostriches!
p/s: It's filled with sand and corn!
And after the feeding-frenzy, the ostriches were still gathered around, waiting for the next round of feeding.

1. Me with the ostrich
2. Me with the dinosaur-bird, named Mino!

The menu for the list of dishes made with Ostrich meat. :\
Last location: Kota TinggiWe went there to have our dinner! I won't say its a very classy restaurant, but the food is not bad! Had a more filling dinner, than lunch! HAHA! After which, we walked to the jetty(?) and board the boat, and set off to see fireflies! Wasn't able to take any photos of the fireflies, cause we're not allowed to. But, some fireflies were flying around, so it was like most awesome experience ever! First time I saw fireflies! :DDDDDDD The whole boat trip was like around half and hour I guess? Or maybe longer! The most interesting thing is, the boat driver know every single thing there la! The swamp(?) is like in total darkness, and he knows which side of the swamp has fireflies. Best of all, on our way back, he know which tree had this family of monkeys! In addition, as he u-turned into the jetty, we passed by this bridge, and we saw swallow's nest! In other words, bird's nest la! The ones we will eat! Its super duper awesome boat ride! We walked to our bus, and took a 1hour plus, close to 2 hour bus ride back to the Malaysia custom!

Wore our life jackets and boarded the boat!
Preparing to look at fireflies!

Guess what song i'm listening to!

Once we reached Singapore, I totally crashed in my Daddy's vehicle! Was so super duper tired! :\
Overall, this whole trip was really enriching! Got to see many things I've never seen before, and hear about information I'd never know! But the bus rides can kill me, literally! The bus seats are ergonomically uncomfortable, cause they're like so near together, and I cannot adjust the seats too much. So throughout the whole journey, I was having backaches. :\ But heng, there's movies for us to watch, and I had Kinder Bueno and iPod to accompany me! They played "Karate Kid", "The Legend of the Fist: Chen Zhen", "Little Big Soldier (大兵小将)", "Mr. and Mrs. Smith"! They even show us some comedy episodes by "The Three Stooges"! Super duper lame and funny! (Y)(Y)(Y)

1. Karate Kid
2. Legend of the Fist: Return of Chen Zhen
3. Little Big Soldier
4. Mr. and Mrs. Smith
5. The Three Stooges
And now that i'm back in Singapore, I've to complete all my tutorials. -.-
(p/s: I took 3 hours to blog about this! LOL!)
